RESORT POLICIES AND GUIDELINES

  1. All guests regardless of accommodations (overnight or day tour) have to pay an ENTRANCE FEE of Php 250.00/adult and Php150.00 /kid (Ages 4 to 12 years old).
  2. We DO NOT REFUND down payments/deposits in case of cancellation, however rescheduling of reservations are allowed subject to availability of room/cottage.
  3. For overnight accommodation, Check-in time is 2:00 PM. Check out time is 12:00NN the following day.
  4. Deadly weapons and illegal drugs are not allowed inside the hotel.
  5. Smoking inside closed areas is not allowed. Please observe  SMOKING / NO-SMOKING areas.
  6. Bringing of uncooked food inside the hotel room is not allowed, cooking is strictly prohibited.
  7. Bringing electrical appliances at the resort will be charged by the management.
  8. Before leaving the room, make sure it is locked and the key/s is deposited at the Front Desk.
  9. Please wear proper swimming attire: No buttons or zippers allowed on all swim wear. We encourage light colored swim-wear.
  10. Please shower before dipping into the pool.
  11. Management has the right to refuse guests from using the pools/entry to the resort, should the guests have any communicable skin diseases, and/or rowdy behavior.
  12. Bringing bottled drinks in the poolside and inside the pool is strictly prohibited.
  13. For safety and sanitation reasons, use of the hotel swimming pool is until 10PM.
  14. In consideration of other guests; please do not make excessive noise after 10PM.
  15. Use of Videoke Machine is restricted up to 10 PM only.
  16. The management is not liable for any losses of your valuables.  Please secure them properly.
  17. Please do not leave your children unattended in all areas of the resort.
  18. Please observe utmost care when walking in our premises. Take extra care when walking on wet surfaces.
  19. Please do not litter.
  20. Help us preserve our environment.  Please turn off unused lights, air-conditioners, and water faucets/shower heads.

The management has the right to refuse entry/stay to individual/s violating hotel policies and guidelines.
